I just went to the movies, and saw the new Leonardo DiCaprio movie “Inception”. That particular film deals with the world of dreams. And the plot includes action packed sequences and multiple levels of the subconscious. That idea got me thinking about my actual dreams, and what they could possible mean.
Could there actually be warning signs in our dreams that correlate to our “real world” health? Well, according to Certified Dream Analyst Lauri Quinn Loewenberg, author of Cracking The Dream Code, that is more of a possibility than previously thought. Loewenberg was quoted as saying “Your dreams are going to give you a heads up because they’re coming from your inner self…When you see certain symbols and actions in your dreams, it might be a sign that something is going wrong with your mind or body. If you want to remember your dreams, write them down immediately or tell someone ASAP when you wake up. Otherwise, they’ll be gone by breakfast.”
The 5 Most Common Health-Related Dreams are about:
- Houses
- Cars
- Bleeding
- Drowning
- Falling
The interpretations of the dreams listed above reveal a lot about the condition of your mind state and physical health. So next time you have a dream, whether it’s good or bad, be sure to write it down and analyze how it reflects your life!
