Saturday, January 14, 11;15am, We've seen fashion of the 80s and 90s re-emerge recently and so have fitness trends. Cardiovascular exercise never goes out of style and luckily we have Kim, the queen of rhythm, armed with modern knowledge in exercise performance and smart movement to lead us fearlessly. GROOVEMENT:CARDIO CORE is the latest mixed format (Pilates, aerobics, TRX) full body conditioning class added to our schedule. This class is designed to improve your heart and lungs and make your Saturday extra special. This is the perfect class to invite a friend- still free for their first visit in January, but please leave your thongs and legwarmers at home.
ESSENTIAL KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
Think of this as KETTLEBELLS 101. A 90 minute workshop that is designed to teach you about the amazing fitness tool that is the Russian kettlebell. The majority of this class is focused on hands on technique and mastery of the foundational exercises but you will also get a short course in history of the kettlebell, biomechanics and functional anatomy. Truly a mind-body exercise workshop that serves as a pre-requisite to continuing kettlebell training at Iron and Grace. This is a learning environment and all fitness levels are encouraged to participate
