DIRECTIONS TO WALDEN POND FROM WEST
Take 460 West to Lynchburg. Once in Lynchburg, take the Candler's Mountain Road exit (to the right). You'll go through two traffic lights and River Ridge Mall will be on the left. Just beyond the mall, take 29-South/501-North (exits to the right and is over the overpass). Follow 501-North (29-South veers off left, but remain on 501-North which will go straight). You will pass Fort Avenue/Timberlake Road exits and Graves Mill Road exit. At the next intersection (Gas station, Billy Craft Honda) turn right onto Lakeside Drive.
Go about two miles through a couple of traffic lights. Walden Pond is on the right between Jim Mitchell Hyundai and Lynchburg Ford.

DIRECTIONS TO WALDEN POND FROM EAST
Take 460-East to Lynchburg. Once in Lynchburg follow 501-North through past Graves Mill Road exit. At the next intersection (Gas station, Billy Craft Honda) turn right onto Lakeside Drive. DIRECTIONS TO WALDEN POND FROM THE NORTH
Take 29-South into Lynchburg. Remain on 29-South until just past the Candler's Mountain Road exit. At the next exit, 20-South turns left and 501-North goes straight. Take 501-North. You'll pass the Timberlake Road/Fort Avenue exits and the Graves Mill Road exit. Then you'll come to a traffic light and intersection of Lakeside Drive (221)/Old Forest Road (501N). (At this intersection, there is a gas station and Billy Craft Honda on the left). Turn right onto Lakeside Drive. Go approximately two miles and Walden Pond is on the right between Jim Mitchell Hyundai and Lynchburg Ford.

DIRECTIONS TO WALDON POND FROM THE SOUTH
Take 29-North into Lynchburg. As you enter Lynchburg you'll pass Ridge Mall (on the right). Just beyond the mall, 29-North turns right. At this point, do not follow 29-North. Instead, take 501-North (go over the overpass and turn right). You'll pass the Fort Avenue/Timberlake Road exits and the Graves Mill Road exit.
