Hop in your car or catch the bus in front of our community to all that Lynchburg
has to offer.  Great Value At Walden Pond apartment homes, water and trash collection are included in the monthly rental. Some apartments come with a full sized washer and dryer! Great Recreation Amenities  Our Jr. Olympic-size swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, fishing pond, fully equipped fitness center, basketball court, clubhouse and unique guest apartment make Walden Pond the place to live in Lynchburg. Great Service Our maintenance team is on call 24 hours a day and sets the standard for keeping everything inside and out in superb condition. We offer free photocopies, free lockout service (during office hours) and free package acceptance for your convenience. Guest Suite Our fully furnished guest suite comes in handy for residents with families visiting for graduations, weddings and birthdays. It's a one bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa in the living room and all the furniture and housewares that come with our corporate apartments. And at just $80 a night for a one bedroom or $99 for a two bedroom the guest suite is a perk residents truly appreciate. We require a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 at time of check in. One night stay is required as a deposit. Guest suites are non-smoking, and no pets or animals shall be in the apartment. |
