Your opinion matters. We are grateful to have you as a resident and want to make sure we are living up to your expectations. Let your voice be heard by taking a few moments to compete a short survey that will be emailed to your from our partner, J Turner Research. You will only be surveyed twice per year, and you will automatically be entered in a drawing to win $500! Thank you!

Paw Protection Ideas for your Pup

  1. Walk Your Dog when it’s cool.
  2. Walk in the Grass when possible.
  3. Check your dog’s paws for injuries.
  4. Clean and moisturize paws as necessary.
  5. Consider using dog shoes or socks (if you four legged friend will wear them!)
  6. Make sure to get check ups for your pet with your local veterinarian for any concerns you may have concerning your pets health.

Our community is starting a new pool pass option for our residents!

Beginning July 1, 2015, Walden Pond will be offering a new pool pass that will be pre-purchased in our office during regular business hours at a discounted rate of $2 per guest! Each pass is good for 1 visit. However the difference is that the new pass will allow each apartment to entertain up to 6 guests! When purchasing the pass our team will notate the number of guests paid for and validate the pass. Residents will also be required to select which date and time they plan to attend in order to have adequate coverage at the pool. (We request two weeks notice.)

This pool pass will not be accepted during times of heavier pool use, on holiday weekends, or when there is a lack of staffing at the pool. Should the pool close early due to weather then two hours of pool usage is considered a completed pass. No Refunds will be issued and guests are subject to same rules and regulations as our residents. Pool pass usage may also be granted at Pool Manager’s discretion. Should the pool be closed due to inclement weather, maintenance, or shortage of pool staff residents will need to come to the office to select another date and time in which to attend the pool with their guests.

Out for Vacation?

Are you going to be out of the area on vacation? Please make sure to let our office know! That way we can provide you with the best service possible even while you are out of town.

2nd Annual School Supply Drive

Walden Pond’s 2nd Annual School Supply Drive will begin on 07/15/2015! Donations will be collected in at the Leasing Office. We will be collecting pens, paper, notebooks, boxes of tissues, hand sanitizers, book bags, etc.! There are lots of children in our area who do not have the supplies necessary to start the school year off right. Help us, help our community by collecting items to donate to our local schools!
