Do NOT leave your trash in the hallways, landings, in mulch or in parking lots. Walden Pond is a beautiful community, let's keep it that way!   Cigarette Butt Removal - Please dispose of cigarette butts respectively. Do not throw them in the mulch. We will be monitoring and a $25 fine will be enforced to anyone caught doing so.   Monthly Contest Winners Our Birthday of the Month winner was the resident of 200-F Weeping Willow Drive, winning a birthday cake! 	Preventative Extermination Schedule Date Buildings December 6 500-800 December 13 900-1200 December 20 1300-1600 December 27 1700-2000    Walden Pond Policy Changes No long distance calls are to be made from the Walden Pond Leasing Office. Long distance faxes are charged $3.00/page and $1.00 for local. Do not block dumpsters on Tuesday and Thursday. Thank you!   Pet Policies Walden Pond staff will continue monitoring those with pets to assure all pet waste is properly disposed of. If you fail to do so, there will be a $50 fine. Please also remember to keep all pets on a leash.
