Brandy Purvis began her career with HHHunt in 2012. During her time with HHHunt, Brandy has held many positions at Walden Pond, and was awarded Assistant Property Manager of the Year in 2016. Brandy volunteers with the Roanoke Lynchburg Regional Apartment Council and is a member of the Star Awards Task Force. Brandy is also an NAA member and currently holds her NALP designation, and is continuing her education to secure her CAM in the upcoming months. Her main goal as the Community Manager, is assist each team member in their own success, provide our community with exceptional customer service, and to reflect the Values and Brand Promises of HHHunt. In her spare time, Brandy enjoys traveling, hiking, as well as spending time with family and her dog, Savannah.
Jordan started with Walden Pond in 2017, however has been with HHHunt since 2015. In her time with us she was promoted from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Property Manager. She has accepted this responsibility fully and is looking forward to continuing to offer amazing service to our residents and team. Jordan is responsible for the day to day operations of our leasing staff and helps oversee reporting, and the turn process for our service team. Jordan is very dedicated and goes above and beyond to make all of our community events a success. As a graduate of Averett University, Jordan is looking forward to continuing her success with HHHunt in the future. In her free time, Jordan enjoys hanging out with her two dogs, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Angie Dowdy started with HHHunt in March 2002. In her time with our company, she has been a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, and is currently our Accounts Administrator. Angie enjoys numbers and being able to work with residents and be a part of community festivities. Her goal is to continue being customer focused in her efforts and provide excellent service to our current and prospective residents. Angie has participated with Relay for Life, Miriam’s House Charities, and our Annual American Red Cross Blood Drives. In her spare time, Angie enjoys watching Alabama football, assisting those with intellectual disabilities, attending concerts, and spending time with her family and beautiful granddaughter!
Marcella joined the Walden Pond team in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant. Marcella enjoys interacting with current residents and assisting prospects in finding their new home. Before Marcella joined the team she worked at Miller Motte Technical College in their admissions for 16 years. Marcella is a native of Amherst County and enjoys being close to her family. When she is not at work she likes to spend time with her friends and family, her toy poodle Max, and reading.
Jacy joined the Walden Pond team as a Leasing Consultant in 2016. In her role, Jacy enjoys helping prospects and residents find the perfect fit for their next home. Before that she worked as a Front Desk Associate/Key holder at Massage Envy Spa, and with an event planner. In 2015 she graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Communications, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations. Jacy grew up in Pennsylvania and New Hampshire with 6 older siblings. She is an avid runner who enjoys music, traveling, The Office (TV show) and cooking with her husband.
Shannon has been with HHHunt since 2013. She helps us with many daily activities in the Welcome Center and has been known to roll up her sleeves and take on bigger projects as needed too (such as all the beautiful décor for our Holiday festivities). Shannon is very detail oriented and quiet. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and watching football!
James Little has been with HHHunt since 2009. His most current role is Service Manager, however James worked his way up from Service Technician. James is a valued member of our team and is responsible for the entire maintenance team. He works closely with our vendors and staff to ensure our standards of quality are adhered too. James holds his Journeyman in Industrial Maintenance, is CPO and HVAC Universal certified. James served as a Boy Scout Leader for 12 years and enjoys giving back through Miriam’s House and the Salvation Army. Among all these accolades James is usually the chef for all of our resident events and enjoys most his ability to interact with our residents on a daily basis. James’s vision for our team is to be the best trained team within HHHunt! In his down time, James enjoys cooking, spending time with loved ones, and fishing/camping.
George started with HHHunt a few years ago, but more recently with Walden Pond as of May 2016. George has many years of property management experience and enjoys assisting our residents. As the Assistant Service Manager, George assists with daily operations and the turn process at move in and move out. George has participated in our community engagement by being a part of our Relay for Life Team, ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, and by helping with Habitat for Humanity. George has a big family and most enjoys spending time with his wife and children. George proudly served our country in the Navy and was honorably discharged after completing his service. George’s ultimate goal in his role to assist our team members in their training goals and to provide the best experience possible for our residents here at Walden Pond.
Jared Driskill -joined HHHunt in 2017 as a Service Technician at Walden Pond. Jared entered the industry having more than 8 years of service related experience. In addition to his industry experience, Jared is currently working on getting his HVAC certification. Jared professionally serves our residents through daily operations including: responding to and resolving service requests, building exteriors, and common areas of the community. He strives every day to be a provider quality products and services to our residents. Jared is a native of Amherst County, VA. In his spare time, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes, and assisting with the Lynchburg Humane Society.
Brad O’Brien started his career with HHHunt in 2017 as a Service Technician. Brad came to Walden Pond with over 18 years in HVAC experience. Brad has participated in community engagement by assisting with our Miriam’s House room remodel and participating with Ronald McDonald House Charity fundraiser. Brad enjoys the daily interactions with our resident’s that afford him the ability to use his customer service skills and knowledge to fix their concerns. Brad holds a Master’s License in HVAC. In his downtime Brad enjoys riding his motorcycle and going to craft beer festivals. Brad has a great smile and infectious laugh!
Robert Blanchard stated with HHHunt in March 2016. In his role as Service Technician he has enjoyed being able to learn and grow into a more experienced technician. Robert is definitely one of our more outgoing technicians and loves to talk and socialize with our residents. Robert is always willing to help and go the extra mile. Robert is a Purple Heart recipient and served our country proudly in the ARMY. In his downtime, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, disc golf, and playing video games.
Billy Rice originally started his employment with HHHunt in May 1986. During his many years of service to our company and team, Billy has held many roles but enjoys being a Service Technician. Billy’s goal is to be able to provide the best service possible and to help with making Walden Pond a wonderful place to call home. Billy enjoys being able to fix things as well as put a smile on a resident’s face after a job well done. Billy has been active in community engagement with his participation in Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, Miriam’s House, and the Master Gardener Program here in Lynchburg. Billy is happily married and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Billy enjoys camping and would love to be able to travel more once retired.
Michelle Dobson has been with HHHunt since December 2016. As a Custodian, Michelle makes sure all community areas, models, buildings, and common spaces are set and ready for each day. Michelle is very dedicated and most enjoys preparing apartment homes for new move ins. Michelle has been very helpful in participating with many charitable give backs like our American Red Cross Blood Drive, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Resident Appreciation Week! Michelle enjoys horses and spending time with her Daughter. Michelle is a great asset to our team.
Chasity Rice began her career with HHHunt in May 2017. As a Custodian, Chasity makes sure that all community areas, buildings, amenities, and turned apartments are ready for business each day. Chasity is a very hard worker and is willing to help out however possible to make our team a success. Chasity has lent her talents to assist with upgrades in our community, provide her art skills to make a fun backdrop for our Fall Festival, and goes out of her way to make a good impression with every resident she meets. Chasity participates with youth sports and plans on buying her first home next year.
