Pet Information - Walden Pond Apartments in Lynchburg, VA

Walden Pond is a very pet friendly community offering the opportunity for residents to have one, two or three pets up to a 100 pound weight limit. Please see the list of applicable fees below. We do have breed restrictions and pets may not be any mix of the below breeds.

Restricted pet breeds are as follows: Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull (also known as Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier).

Guest Pets are not permitted.

$87.50 Sure Deposit
$200.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee (1 Pet)
$250.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee (2+ Pets)
