There is an additional $10 per month per pet rent. We will allow up to two (2) pets whose combined adult weight is forty (40) pounds or less. Verification of weight and vaccinations from your veterinarian is required. We do not allow Reptiles or poisonous pets of any kind.   Appliances Each apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, frost-free refrigerator and stove.

	Windows All apartments are provided with mini-blinds on all windows and vertical blinds on the patio/balcony doors. The window sizes are as follows: Kitchens and Bedrooms (all) 48 in. x 63 in.   Patio/Balcony The Concord 91 in. x 84 in.     Thoreau's Cove 108 in. x 84 in.     The Emerson 108 in. x 84 in.     The Hawthorne 108 in. x 84 in. Glass High, 2111 Memorial Avenue, Lynchburg   Satellite Dish Policy Residents installing satellite dishes must comply with the following restrictions: The permitted size of the dish cannot exceed 1 meter in diameter. Satellite dishes must be installed within the balcony or patio area of the apartment. The installation of the dish does not include the drilling of any hoes or precarious placement such as on a pole or device that extends the dish beyond the balcony rail. Satellite dishes may not be installed or placed on any common area of the building or grounds, including outside walls, outside windowsill, roof or any common area balconies or stairways. Resident installing a satellite dish must provide proof of liability insurance specifically relating to the satellite dish. The policy must be in force through the entire term of the lease agreement and any renewal agreements. Request Maintenance The Walden Pond maintenance team is on call, all the time for emergency repairs to your apartment. Residents simply call 385-5006 to report any and all maintenance problems. [more]   Time to Renew Your Lease? The Walden Pond team would like to thank you for being a valued resident in our community. If you decide to renew for at least 12 months, you have the option of choosing an upgrade to your apartment. If you are unsure of future plans, please contact the Information Office to discuss different lease options.   If you decide not to renew your lease, you must submit your written vacating notice to the Information Office at least 60 days prior to your lease ending date. Your notice will not go into effect until we receive your completed vacating form in our office.   Moving?
